Short version: the free tools work without an account, we do not sell your details, and you can have everything deleted in one message.

What the free tools collect

Very little. A fair-price check sends the block, street and flat type you typed to data.scaleupcrm.com and gets back a number. That request is not tied to a person: there is no cookie, no account, no advertising identifier, and we do not build a profile of what you searched for. Our web server keeps ordinary access logs (IP address, timestamp, request path) for a short period so we can keep the service up and spot abuse; they are not joined to any other data we hold.

What an account adds

If you choose to save a flat, set an alert or ask an expert, we keep the email address you give us, the blocks you saved, and the alerts you set. That is all. An account is never required to use a tool, and nothing on the free path is degraded without one.

What we never do

• Sell, rent or share your details with agents, lenders or advertisers.
• Run advertising against the blocks you look up.
• Take a share of an agent's or broker's commission. Experts on the platform pay us a fixed fee, or they do not join.
• Ask for your phone number before you have seen a result.

Who we work with

Our hosting and email providers process data on our instructions, and the app store and Google Play distribute the mobile app. If you ask to be put in touch with an expert, we pass on the block and the question you wrote — and your email address, because that is how the expert replies. Nothing else is shared, and we tell you when we do it.

The data behind the numbers

Every estimate comes from Singapore government open data: HDB resale prices, URA indices and transactions, LTA transport, NEA hawker centres, MOE schools, MOH clinics, NParks parks and OneMap. That data is public and is not personal information about you. We credit each dataset in the app and publish the method behind every model.

How long we keep it

Account data is kept until you delete the account. Saved flats and alerts go with it. Optional anonymous usage counts are kept in aggregate, never per person, and never in a form that can be traced back to you.

Your rights, and how to use them

You can ask what we hold, ask for a copy, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@homeexit.scaleupcrm.com and we will action it. Deleting an account takes one message and one confirmation, and we do not ask you to talk to a support agent about it. You can also use the app's delete-my-account control, which does the same thing without writing to anyone.

Cookies

None, on this site. The free tools set no cookie, because there is no session to keep. If we ever add something that needs one, we will say so here and ask first.

Children

HomeExit is for people deciding about their own home. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we do not run behavioural advertising anywhere.

Changes

If this notice changes in a way that affects you, we will say so in the app before the change takes effect. This page was last updated on 28 October 2026.

HomeExit produces estimates from public transaction data. It is not a valuation, and nothing on this site is financial or property advice. Confirm with a licensed valuer, HDB, the CPF Board and your bank before you act.
